Refund amounts are typically determined by when you cancel relative to your sailing date:
- 90+ days before sailing: Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits)
- 89-60 days: 75% refund of cruise fare
- 59-30 days: 50% refund of cruise fare
- 29-15 days: 25% refund of cruise fare
- 14 days or less: No refund (unless covered by travel insurance)
Refund Process
When you submit a cruise cancellation request, our team will:
